    • PURPOSE: A reference voltage generator with a clock synchronizing type is provided to decrease a power consumption by being synchronized with a period in which a synchronizing device for using a reference voltage is operated and generating the reference voltage. CONSTITUTION: An output unit(20) divides a power supply voltage(Vcc) by a turn-on resistor value of a third NMOS(N3) and a third PMOS(P3) and outputs the divided voltage. A bias unit(10) has a first PMOS(P1) and a second NMOS(N2) for receiving an output value(Vref) of the output unit(20) and biasing the third NMOS(N3) and the third PMOS(P3). A first switch(30) switches a pass connected from the output unit(2) to the bias unit(10) according to a control signal and controls an operation of the bias unit(10). A second switch(40) switches a current pass of the output unit(20) according to the control signal and controls an operation of the output unit(20).

    • A reference voltage generator is provided to maximize the accuracy and the reliability of the operation at circuit and to reduce the circuit complexity by generating the reference voltage having no concern with the temperature change. A reference voltage generator comprises the first referent voltage generating part and the current compensation part. The first referent voltage generating part is provided with the power source(10) voltage and produces the first reference voltage. The current compensation part generates the compensating current having the temperature - current property curve opposite to the temperature - voltage characteristic curve to the first reference voltage generated from the first referent voltage generating part. The first referent voltage generating part receives the compensating current and corrects the temperature - voltage characteristic curve to the first reference voltage. The first referent voltage generating part outputs the voltage deviation reduced according to the temperature change.

    • PURPOSE: An electric charge storage circuit is provided to reduce stand-by current by controlling period of signal oscillated in low voltage oscillator. CONSTITUTION: A low voltage oscillator(21) oscillates a signal of an appointed period. A clock generator(22) is driven according to the output signal of the low voltage oscillator(21) and an output signal of a comparator(27). The comparator(27) compares a voltage distributed in a voltage distributor(25) with a voltage generated in a reference voltage generator(26) and determines an output signal, and outputs a signal for driving the clock generator(22) in case electric charge quantity accumulated in a capacitor(CR) is less than an appointed value. A pump circuit(23) is driven by a clock generated in the clock generator(22) and pumps voltage to a degree of appointed potential. The capacitor(CR) accumulates electric charge according to the pumped voltage.

    • PURPOSE: A circuit for generating a low power current mode CMOS reference voltage is provided, which performs a temperature compensation by summing a current component proportional to a threshold voltage(VT) and a current component proportional to a thermal voltage(Vt). CONSTITUTION: The circuit for generating a current mode CMOS reference voltage uses only an enhancement-mode transistor and a resistor, in order to generate a stable reference voltage of a wide range with low power consumption. The circuit compensates a temperature by using a current mode addition instead of a voltage mode addition to make it possible to generate a reference voltage of a wide range. According to the circuit, a cascode structure is used instead of a simple structure, in order to reduce a sensitivity as to a supply voltage whiling a current mirror circuit. The circuit comprises circuits(R1,M1,M2,M3,M4) generating a current proportional to a thermal voltage(Vt), circuits(R2,M5,M6,M7,M8) generating a current proportional to a threshold voltage(VT), summing circuits(M9,M10,M11) adding these two currents, and circuits(M11,M12,R3) converting the current to a voltage finally.
