One part of the insulation contact surface is formed with a plurality of grooves and a support part for crossing the grooves into a lattice shape. The other part of the insulation contact surface is formed into a surface-contact-shape without the groove and support part.

The mesh filter filters pollution particles flowing through the pipe expanding member.
