      보다 상세하게는 기초 파일의 프리보링 시공 중 지반에 매설공을 굴착할 때 리밍(reaming)을 통하여 기초 파일 매설공의 내벽에 부분적인 확공을 형성하는 굴착 비트에 있어서, 지상에서 공급되는 압축 공기를 이용해 비트 본체가 회전하면서, 원심력과 공기압을 통해 비트 본체 외측으로 펼쳐지는 확공 날개를 구비하여, 비트 본체의 회전에 의하여 확공 날개가 매설공을 점차적으로 파쇄함에 따라 확공 날개의 펼침 정도가 점차 커지면서 확공을 형성하여 기초 파일의 프리보링 시공의 용이성 확보 및 시공 시간을 단축할 수 있는 확공 날개를 구비한 굴착 비트에 관한 것이다.

    • PURPOSE: An earth retaining structure and a construction method of an underground structure using the same are provided to improve workability and space utilization by easily drawing the underground structure and easily pressing a panel in the ground. CONSTITUTION: An earth retaining structure comprises an earth retaining unit(100), a support unit(200), and a drawing unit(300). The earth retaining unit comprises a panel(110), a support member(130), and a spacer(140). The panel comprises a chain(124) turning around two gears and an excavation blade(125). An elevation piece(131) is inserted into one side of the panel so that the support member is fixed by vertically descending as a predetermined distance. A driving gear(126) is operated in order to rotate two gears engaged with the driving gear so that a plurality of excavation blades excavates lower soil in order to press the panel in the ground.

A driving gear(126) is driven in order to rotate the two gears engaged with the driving gear, and the excavation blades excavate soil in the lower part so that the lower panel is pressed in the ground.

The body frame is slidably prepared on a leader. The housing is prepared on the body frame and lifts along the leader. The six gear units are held in the housing and arranged in three rows at intervals. A first hole is formed in the six gear units to selectively supply solidification chemical or air. The three idle gear units rotate, engaging respectively with a pair of the gear unit arranged in three rows.
