    • A dewatering method of present invention comprises digging through with a hammer bit at the same angle as a back rake angle keeping a certain distance from an excavation slope; inserting a casing with the same diameter as the hammer bit into soil stratum; inserting an in-casing in the casing into the bottom area of a landfill; installing a submerged motor pump in the lower part of the in-casing; building a subsoil-drain collecting well which collects underground water through a perforated drainpipe laid under the bottom area of the landfill; having a non-perforated drainpipe connecting both the subsoil-drain collecting well and a subsoil-drain unit; and eliminating the underground water flowing into the in-casing by pumping out with the submerged motor pump in the lower part of the in-casing.

The bit assembly comprises an outer bit (20) mounted on a casing rod through a bushing (10) and an inner bit (30) separately coupled to the outer bit (20). The vertical support unit is installed on one side of a main body(102) and comprises a center detection sensor(140). The separation preventing unit is installed in the front lower part of the vertical support unit and comprises a guide hole(108). The first and second horizontal support units are individually installed in the front upper part and the center part of the vertical support unit and comprise first and second boring hammer hydraulic lines(116,120) and first and second jet bit hydraulic lines(118,122). The first and second right and left sliding units are individually installed in the first and second boring hammer hydraulic lines and the first and second jet bit hydraulic lines. The first and second rods are individually installed in a boring hammer gear box(128) and a jet bit gear box(134). The jet bit is connected to the end of the second rod and comprises a jet port.
