    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of paper is provided, which is characterized by having pottery quality, being possible to produce objects of craftwork or ceramic ware of life by sintering the paper, being possible to produce a sheet having high porosity by baking the paper and being useful for an inorganic filter. CONSTITUTION: The paper having pottery quality is obtained by a process containing the steps of: (A) mixing and grinding pottery substrate with a ball mill; deironing, followed by compressing-filtering; (B) adding 40-60wt.% of the pottery substrate and 3-7wt.% of cut paper to over 40deg.C of water, followed by stirring; adding 4-6wt.% of polyvinyl alcohol, 7-10wt.% of gelatine and 15-25wt.% of glycerin, followed by stirring; (C) injecting the mixed solution into a rectangular mold, and keeping in cold storage to gelatinize; and then (D) drying the gelatinized paper having pottery quality on the room temperature.

    • An apparatus and a method for forming a rotary type pulp mold are provided to perform a mechanical operation smoothly by rotating only mesh frames each having mesh nets, and maximize the workability by exchanging a pulp mold loading mesh frame with an empty mesh frame. A mesh pallet rotating unit(100) loads one or more mesh pallets thereon, wherein each of the mesh pallets has mesh nets. The mesh pallet rotating unit receives a rotary power to move the mesh pallets at a uniform pitch interval. A mesh pallet exchanging unit(200) exchanges a mesh pallet, on which a pulp mold is loaded, with an empty mesh pallet, which rotates on the mesh pallet rotating unit. When the empty mesh pallet is transferred by the mesh pallet exchanging unit, a pulp mold forming unit(300) forms pulp molds in mesh nets of the empty mesh pallet. A pulp mold drying unit(400) applies heat to the mesh pallet to dry the pulp molds within the mesh pallet. A pulp mold unloading unit(500) unloads the dried pulp molds from the mesh pallet to the outside by vacuum pressure.
