    • PURPOSE: A pulp mold with two rib-typed opening parts and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to prevent wrinkles in the opening part and the transformation of the shape of the pulp mold. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a pulp mold with two rib-typed opening parts comprises the following steps. A mesh net is pressed according to the shape of a product to be manufactured to form a mesh frame(S1). A protrusion part is connected to a vacuum hole which is to be formed in an inclined way and the mesh frame is installed in a lower mold(S2). Pulp feeding materials are injected into the lower mold(S3). An upper mold is matched with the lower mold, is pressed for engraving, and is dehydrated and dried(S4). A pulp mold with a protrusion part is separated(S5).     • PURPOSE: A pulp mold forming mold to which a mesh frame for pulp mold formation is provided to manufacture a pulp molded product by using upper and lower parts of the mold at a stable state while preventing moving or detaching of the mesh frame. CONSTITUTION: A pulp mold forming mold(A) comprises an upper mold(1), a lower mold(2), and mesh frames(3,4). An outer surface of the upper mold is processed to form a plurality of intake cavities. A plurality of vacuum intake cavities are each respectively formed at a slope to be connected to one another in the plurality of intake cavities. A plurality of discharge holes are formed at the lower part mold. A plurality of auxiliary discharge holes are each respectively formed at a slope to be connected to one another in the plurality of discharge holes. Each of press-processed mesh frames having a form of a product to be molded is installed in the outer surface of the upper mold and an inner surface of the lower mold by spot welding.
