    • PURPOSE: An enantioselectivity manufacturing method of (d)-alpha amino acids is provided to improve yield rate and selectivity of the (d)-alpha amino acids. CONSTITUTION: An enantioselectivity manufacturing method of (d)-alpha amino acids comprises the following steps: processing a radical addition reaction by mixing cinchonidine organic catalyst which is represented by chemical formula 1 with alkylating agent which is represented by chemical formula 2; and adding R^53B. In the chemical formula1 and 2, R is selected from benzyl group, benzoyl group, and anthracene-9-carboxylate, X is selected from H3PO2 and PF6, R^1 is selected from C1-5 lower alkyl, C6-20 higher alkyl group, phenyl, benzyl group, substituted C1-5 lower alkyl group, substituted C6-20 high alkyl group, substituted phenyl group, and substituted benzyl group, and R^2 is selected from R^3CO-, benzoyl group, and substituted benzoyl group.

    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing methoxyphenylhydrazine is provided, to improve the environmental-friendliness by suppressing the generation of heavy metal waste and performing the reaction under the mild condition and to reduce the cost by using a cheap reducing agent. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of preparing methoxyphenylamine HCl salt by reacting methoxyphenylamine or its derivative with HCl; preparing methoxyphenyl diazonium salt by reacting the methoxyphenylamine HCl salt with a nitrite salt; preparing methoxyphenylhydrazine sulfurous acid salt by reacting the methoxyphenyldiazonium salt with a sulfite; and preparing methoxyphenylhydrazine HCl salt by reacting the methoxyphenylhydrazine sulfurous acid salt with a hydrogen sulfite salt, wherein methoxyphenyldiazonium salt is reduced by using a sulfite (M2SO3, wherein M is Na or K) and a hydrogen sulfite (MHSO3, wherein M is Na or K) step by step.
