    • PURPOSE: A motor assembly for a car is provided to improve the effectiveness of the drive motor by reducing friction heat due to a drive motor by connecting a BLDC drive motor to a pinion gear in a direct driving mode. CONSTITUTION: A BLDC drive motor(20) is formed in a case(100). A pinion(30) is fixed to the motor shaft of the BLDC drive motor. A driven wheel(40) is located on the base(110) of a holder(120). The driven wheel is combined with a driven wheel shaft formed on the center of the base. A wire driving pinion(50) is fixed to the driven wheel shaft. A bearing(61,62) is installed in the lower part of the wire driving pinion and the pinion.

    • PURPOSE: A power transmission tool is provided to simplify structure compared with the power transmission tool of a crank mode and a gear mode and to change a linear reciprocating motion into a linear reciprocating motion of a right angle direction. CONSTITUTION: Guide housing(10) is formed into a cylindrical shape. A movable body(31) is installed within the guide housing to be possible to slide. The movable body moves to a linear direction by the power added from outside. The movable body comprises a penetration hole in a site corresponding to an inclined plane. A cutting groove comprises at least one or two or more inclined planes. One end of a passivity unit(50) passes through the penetration hole of the movable body and is combined in order to vertically move about a moving direction of the movable body. The other end of the passivity unit is supported by the guide housing.

    • PURPOSE: A rack bar support device of a steering gear is provided to effectively recompense the clearance due to the long time use of a steering gear of a steering device of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A rack bar supporting device of a steering gear comprises a rack bearing(100), a biasing assembly. The rack bearing is contacted with a rack bar(21), and located in opposite to a pinion shaft(23). The rack bearing supports the rack bar to the pinion shaft. The biasing assembly comprises an adjustment plug(210), an adjustment assembly(230), and a support plate assembly(250). The adjustment plug is fixed along a biasing axis. The adjustment assembly comprises an adjustment member(231) and a first biasing member(235). The adjustment member is formed to be relatively moved along the biasing axis to the rack bearing based on the adjustment plug. The first biasing member is connected with the adjustment plug and the adjustment member for offering the pushing power to the adjustment member to forward the rack bearing based on the adjustment plug. The support plate assembly comprises a support plate(251) and a second biasing member(253). The support plate is supported by the adjustment member and located to be movable between the adjustment member and the rack bearing. The second biasing member offers the pushing power to the rack bearing along the biasing axis based on the support plate.
