A pump body (16,216) defines the pump chamber (94,334) and is connected to the clamping assembly (22,222). A fluid reservoir (14,214) is fluidly connected to the pump chamber (94,334). A manually-operated pump piston (92,332) is disposed in the pump chamber (94,334) for drawing hydraulic fluid from the fluid reservoir (114,214) and forcing the drawn hydraulic fluid into the piston chamber (38,238) to move the piston (28,228) in the first direction. ® KIPO & WIPO 2007

    • A method for arranging a concrete electric pole reinforcement member and a jig thereof are provided to reinforce the concrete electric pole conveniently by injecting mortar, sand or gravel to a hollow of the electric pole and charging filler between the reinforcement member and the hollow. An electric pole(1) includes an annular side wall(101) made of reinforced concrete, and an inner hollow(103) formed in the annular side wall. An earth hole(105) is formed in the reinforced electric pole, and a mortar charge unit(106) is formed in the reinforced electric pole to fill the inner hollow with mortar from the earth hole. An upper part of the mortar charge unit is placed to be 400 to 800 mm from the ground surface, and a reinforcement part(107) is formed in the electric pole and made of a reinforcement member injected from the earth hole. The earth hole is formed in the annular side wall at height of 1200 to 1600 mm from the ground surface, and the reinforcement member is made of epoxy resin(107a) and aggregate such as grey cast iron(107b).
