    • PURPOSE: A device and a method for fixing a watch element to a controllable angle phase orientation are provided to fix a rear cover in a middle portion of a watch. CONSTITUTION: A fixing device fixes a first watch element(1) including a first screw unit(11) to a second watch element(2) including a second screw unit(22). The fixing device comprises a middle element(3). The middle element is used for the angle phase orientation of the first watch element with respect to the second watch element. The middle element comprises a second screw unit(31) and a fourth screw unit(32). The third screw is arranged to be cooperatively operated with the first screw unit. The fourth screw unit is arranged to be cooperatively operated with the second screw unit. A screw thread pitch of the third screw unit and a screw thread pitch of the fourth screw unit are different.
