摘要： [PROBLEMS] To provide a light emitting unit which can efficiently emit light irrespective of opening window shape of a light emitting element substrate frame material, and a lighting apparatus, an image sensor and an image scanner using such light emitting unit. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The light emitting unit is provided with a light emitting element; a light emitting element substrate whereupon the light emitting element is mounted; and the light emitting element substrate frame material having an opening window for exposing the light emitting element. The inside of the opening window is sealed with a first resin and a second resin, and a ratio of the first resin to the second resin becomes smaller as it goes to a light emitting window external from the light emitting window inside. The first resin is a transparent resin and the second resin is a colored resin having a high luminosity or a resin including a light reflecting and/or scattering material. Since a cross section boundary between the first resin and the second resin is a curved line, among the light emitted from the light emitting element, the light reflected on an opening window bottom plane can be also efficiently projected to the external.

The light-emitting unit is alternatively characterized in that the light-emitting element substrate is made of a metal, a metal oxide film is formed on the light-emitting element substrate, and the light-emitting element is mounted on an electrode formed on the metal oxide film.

摘要： PURPOSE: A document scanning device and an image forming device with the same are provided to make locations the same where lights of an image sensor unit are reflected when the image sensor unit is located on a scanning location or a calibration location. CONSTITUTION: An image sensor unit(220) obtains image data. A moving unit moves the image sensor unit between a scanning location and a calibration location. A transparent plate(230) transmits incident light and reflective light. A calibration sheet(250) is attached onto a surface exposed to the transparent plate. The calibration sheet is arranged on an area including the calibration location. A housing cover(210) is combined with a housing(270).
