An outgoing call of a portable telephone is performed based on items defined in a subscription set selected by a user of the portable telephone, the exchange network performs a communication specified by a subscription set related to the outgoing call, the charging system computes a service charge for the each subscription set to ask for its payment based on the billing procedure and the billing address defined in the each subscription set.

A terminal controller of the employee terminal receives the processed transaction company data transmitted from the company and extracts the transaction company data using the PIMS(807). The terminal controller stores the extracted transaction company data in an address box composed in the terminal(809).
