    • PURPOSE: A transceiver device for a semiconductor using clock embedded source-synchronous signaling and a semiconductor system including the same are provided to improve data reconstitution capability in high speed transmission by minimizing a delay time difference between a clock signal and data. CONSTITUTION: A data providing part(1100) provides differential data. A multi-phase clock generating part(1200) generates a first clock signal and a second clock signal having a different phase from that of the first clock signal. A signal combination part(1500) generates a combining signal by combining the differential data and the second clock signal. The second clock signal has n times of a symbol period of the differential data. The first clock signal and the second clock signal have a phase difference of 90 degrees. The second clock signal is combined to differential data. The combining signal has a cross point voltage level as the differential signal. The cross point voltage level is changed according to the level of the second clock signal.
