    • PURPOSE: A time synchronization apparatus based on parallel process is provided to reduce the phase noise by reducing the phase variation of a clock corresponding to the reference clock of a slave device. CONSTITUTION: A time phase detector(210) calculates the difference between local time information and the time information of the slave device. A parallel filter unit(220) comprises a first filter unit and a second filter unit which low-pass filters the signal outputted b the time phase detector. An adder(230) adds up the signal outputted from the first filter unit and the second filter unit of the parallel filter unit.

    • PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for synchronizing a frame and a bit of a satellite navigation receiver are provided to synchronize the frame and the bit by generating a preamble of a bit stream based on the bit stream of a message. CONSTITUTION: An oversampled preamble(303) is generated based on a bit stream of an input message. A first correlative value is generated by correlating a par of the input message. The first correlative value is compared with a threshold value. If the first correlative value exceeds the threshold value, a second correlative value is generated by correlating a part of the input message with the preamble which is jumped with a constant interval. The second correlative value is compared with the threshold value. If the second correlation value exceeds the threshold value, a success of the bit and frame synchronization is declared when the second correlation value exceeds the threshold value. The generated preamble is oversampled based on the sampling ratio of the bit stream of the input message.

    • PURPOSE: A time synchronization measurement system using a bluetooth radio communication is provided to enhance efficiency of cost and space by connecting various measuring sensors with one indicator cable. CONSTITUTION: An indicator(100) receives measurement data and a time value measured from a measuring sensor(300). The indicator monitors the measuring sensor. The indicator detects the measuring sensor having a measuring sensor blue tooth interface part(330) to configure a blue tooth network. A blue tooth access point(200) transfers wireless communications data between the indicator and the measuring sensor. The measuring sensor measures a measuring object. The measuring sensor transfers the time value synchronized with the metering data and the indicator to the indicator through the measuring sensor bluetooth interface. The indicator monitors a plurality of measuring sensors.
