    • PURPOSE: A differential amplifier device is provided to correct an offset voltage of a differential amplifier based on an output signal of the differential amplifier during a correction period by using an offset voltage compensation circuit. CONSTITUTION: A switch(S1) and an input resistance(RIN) are connected to a first input terminal of a differential amplifier(10). A +IN terminal of the switch is connected to a signal input terminal. A second input terminal of the differential amplifier is connected to the signal input terminal and the input resistance. The differential amplifier has a first output terminal and the second output terminal outputting an inverted signal. An input terminal of an offset voltage correction circuit(20) is respectively connected to an OUT_P terminal and an OUT_N terminal. The output(OCAL) of the offset voltage correction circuit is connected to an offset correction input terminal of the differential amplifier.
