    • PURPOSE: A stepping motor structure is provided to allow for ease of alignment and assembly of components and achieve improved heating efficiency of a motor by permitting a housing to have an outer surface shaped as a square. CONSTITUTION: A stepping motor structure comprises a bracket assembly(110) formed by projection welding or caulking a housing to a bracket(111); a rotor assembly(130) coupled to the bracket assembly; a stator opposed to a magnet forming the outer surface of the rotor assembly; and a cover assembly(140) welded to the bracket assembly at one side surface of the stator. The housing has an outer surface formed into a square having linear sides.

    • 본발명에서는, 냉각팬 기기의요구사항에적합한 3 종류의 SRM 즉 6/4, 12/8 및 8/6 SRM의구조내지설계에대하여제안하고이 중에서최적모터설계를제안하는것을목적으로한다. 이를위하여본 발명에서는이들모터들의성능평가를위하여인덕턴스, 토크, 및효율별로비교하였다. 본발명에서는 SRM의치수는소정의구속조건식(constraint equation)에의하여예측하였으며, 파라미터는정상상태의반복적인과정을통한성능에따라서소정의값을선택하여구하였다. 또한, 본발명에서는모터설계파라미터가모터성능에미치는영향을분석하였으며, 설계요구사항을특징화하기위해유한요소해석법 (FEA) 및변이분석법(transient analysis)을사용하였다. 이러한본 발명은차량용냉각팬모터의요구사항이정격출력, 600W, 토크 1.67Nm, 속도 2800rpm, 총무게, 1.7kg, 전류, 50A, 입력전압 12V, 효율 80%d인경우사용되는저전압팬 구동용 4상 8/6 SRM으로서, 고정자직격이 105mm, 회전자직경이 61mm, 스택길이 35mm, 공극 0.25mm, 위상의수 4, 고정자극 호 21°, 회전자극 호 23°, 축직경 10mm, 슬롯에리어 284 mm 인조건을충족하는것을특징으로한다. 본발명에서는자동차냉각팬 기기에적합한 6/4, 12/8, 8/6 SRM을설계하고시뮬레이션을수행한바, 시뮬레이션및 실험결과는이러한 3 종류의모터가기기요구에상응할수 있고그 중에서도고정자의극이 8개이고회전자의극이 6개인 4상의 8/6 SRM은동일한조건에서더 나은성능효율을가진다는것을알 수있었다.

    • PURPOSE: A step actuator is provided to assembly a rotary shaft and a gear shaft in a same component by forming installing cavities fixing the gear shaft supporting center of the rotary shaft and a gear part. CONSTITUTION: A lower case(11) and an upper case(12) accept a motor part(20) and accessories in inside. The lower case and the upper case protect the motor part and the accessories accepted in inside. The motor part is installed to the lower case. The motor part is composed on a stepping motor corresponding to a driving source of a step actuator. A motor cover is installed at the upper side of the motor part in order to fix a rotary shaft(21) and a gear shaft(41) of the motor part. A gear part(40) transfers torque of the rotary shaft to an output shaft(42). A printed circuit board applies an external electric signal to the motor part.
