    • PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for inserting an insulation film into a stator core using insulation film carrier are provided to manufacture the insulation film in each process and automatically insert the insulation film into a slot of the stator core at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A bending line forming unit(20) forms a bending line on an insulation film supplied from a supply unit(10). A transfer unit(30) inserts the insulation film between a first step motor(31) and a roller(32) and transfers. The transfer unit is installed on one side of the bending line forming unit. An end folding unit(50) includes a second heating unit(51) and a folding unit(52) to fold both ends of the insulation film. A film inserting unit(60) inserts a unit insulation film into a slot of a stator core.

    • A stator for a BLDC(Brushless DC) motor, a BLDC motor of a double rotor/single stator structure using the same and a vehicle cooler thereof are provided to reinforce the durability of a stator by maximizing a contact plane with a thermosetting resin and assembling the stator using a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) for the assembly which automatically sets an assembly position. A stator for a BLDC motor includes a supporting unit(14), a boss(13), a plurality of stator core assemblies, and a PCB for assembly(40). The boss is vertically expanded from a center of the supporting unit, and has first and second bearings for supporting a rotation axis. The boss enables the rotation axis to be rotated. The stator core assemblies cover a bobbin on inner and outer sides of a plurality of division type stator cores. The bobbin has inner and outer flanges on which first and second coupling protrusions are formed. A coil is wound to the bobbin. Each of the stator core assemblies is automatically set for a position. The PCB for the assembly couples both ends of the coil classified by each of U, V and W phases. The PCB for the assembly has a central region and a plurality of coupling regions. The central region has a circular shape. A plurality of conducting lines are printed on a lower plane of the central region to couple the coils classified by each of the phases. The coupling regions are smaller than a lower area of the stator core assembly, and are formed to be radially expanded from the central region. The coupling regions have first and second coupling grooves for receiving first and second coupling protrusions on a corresponding position to the first and second coupling protrusions of the stator core. The coupling regions set automatically a position of each of the stator core assemblies.

    • Disclosed is a method for sheathing an armature (14) for electric machines (10), in which a stack of lamellae (18) that is equipped with grooves (46) for armature windings (20) is mounted on an armature shaft (16) by means of a bore (36) and is provided with at least one groove insulation (48) with the aid of the sheathing process. The plastic flows through ducts (42) that extend along the bore (36) of the stack of lamellae (18) and the surface of the armature shaft (16). The plastic is molded in only on a first face (38) of the stack of lamellae (18), from which the plastic flows into the grooves (46) and through the ducts (42). The plastic invades the grooves (46) also from the second face (40) after being discharged from the ducts (42) on said second face (40) and converges with the plastic discharged from the first face (38). The inventive method has the advantage of technically implementing fixing and insulation of the grooves of the stack of lamellae of an armature of an efficiency-optimized small electric motor or electric machine while the groove insulation is provided with a minimum layer thickness for such sheathings at the bottom thereof in order to allow for maximum copper fillings.
