    • PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the luminous efficiency per a unit area by increasing the surface area of an electrode by using a nanostructure. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting device comprises a substrate(10), a plurality of nanostructures(20), a luminous body(30), and an electrode(40). The substrate transmits light. A plurality of nanostructures is located on the substrate. The luminous body covers the substrate and a plurality of nanostructures. The luminous body comprises a first light emitting part and a plurality of second light emitting parts. The first light emitting part covers the substrate. A plurality of second light emitting parts are connected to the first light emitting part. A plurality of second light emitting parts covers a plurality of nanostructures. The electrode covers the luminous body.
