    • PURPOSE: An operating device having a fixed steel core, a movable steel core, and a coil, a method for fabricating the same, and a switching device having the same are provided to reduce the size and the weight by reducing the dimension of the inner circumference of a bobbin. CONSTITUTION: A fixed steel core unit includes first to fourth steel cores(11-14). The first steel core(11) has a ring-shaped steel core part(11a) and a plurality of groove-like channels(11e). The second steel core(12) has a ring-shaped steel core part. The third and the fourth steel cores(13,14) individually have split steel core parts. Each ring-shaped steel core part of the first and the second steel cores face each other in a Y-axis direction. Each split steel core part of the third and the fourth steel cores face each other in an X-axis direction in order to form synthetic steel core parts. An armature accommodating space is formed by the synthetic steel core parts. A movable steel core unit includes a movable steel core and first and second rod members. A coil includes a bobbin and a winding wound around the bobbin. The bobbin has projections extending along the z-axis direction.

    • PURPOSE: Magnet movable electromagnetic actuator is provided to generate steady-state thrust in a short time with satisfactory responsivity without applying large voltage on startup unlike the prior-art electromagnetic solenoid. CONSTITUTION: A first electromagnetic actuator(1A) includes an annular exciting coil(10), an annular main yoke(12) surrounding a periphery of the exciting coil(10) and having at a portion of the main yoke(12) cylindrical polar teeth(12a,12b) positioned to face each other at opposite end portions of a central hole(11) of the exciting coil(10), a cylindrical permanent magnet(13) disposed in the central hole(11) of the exciting coil to be movable in an axial direction of the hole and polarized into the north pole and the south pole in a radial direction, and a cylindrical back yoke(14) inside the permanent magnet(13). The main yoke(12) and the back yoke(14) are respectively made of magnetic material.
