    • PURPOSE: A polymerized toner, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve a fixation of the toner using a wax including the molecular weight polydipersity with a specific range. CONSTITUTION: A polymerized toner contains a wax with the molecular weight polydipersity of 1~1.15 and the melting temperature of 80~130 deg C. The viscosity of the wax at 150 deg C is 1~130cP. The wax is marked as chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R refers to an alkyl group with C1~C3. N refers to a fixed number of 24~180. The polymerized toner is produced by polymerizing a monomer compound including the wax, a binder resin monomer, a charge controlling agent, and an additive selected from the group consisting of a cross-linking agent, a molecular weight controller, and a reactive initiator.
