    • PURPOSE: An electrostatic charge image developing toner is provided to have an excellent cleaning capacity and a wide mounting temperature region at the same time, thereby preventing the mounting failure in a high-temperature region. CONSTITUTION: An electrostatic charge image developing toner is composed of toner particles (1) and an external additive agent. A method for manufacturing the toner particles includes the following steps of: forming condensed particles by condensing resin particles of material dispersion solution in which the resin particles are dispersed; and fusing and unifying the condensed particles by heating the condensed particle dispersion solution in which the condensed particles are dispersed. The toner particles can be obtained by mulling and grinding a material including adhesive rein and a parting agent. The external additive agent is a silica particle having an average diameter range of 100-500 nm; an average roundness range of 0.5-0.85; and an average value of a Heywood's diameter ratio exceeding 1.5 and under 1.9. The Heywood's diameter (Da) is obtained by a planar image analysis in respect to the maximum height H which is obtained by a stereoscopic image analysis. An electrostatic charge image developing agent contains the electrostatic charge image developing toner. A toner cartridge includes a toner receiving chamber and contains the electrostatic charge image developing toner in the toner receiving chamber.
