    • PURPOSE: A developing method and a developing apparatus are provided to guarantee a uniformity of a developing fluid when at the developing fluid is recycled. CONSTITUTION: A processing unit(126) performs a development process to dissolve an unnecessary portion of a photoresist film on a substrate. The development process is performed by using an alkaline developing fluid. A collector(108) collects the developing fluid used in the development process at the processing unit. A resist concentration measurer(222) measures a resist-concentration of the collected developing fluid. An alkaline-concentration calculator calculates an alkaline-concentration corresponding to a measured value of the resist-concentration required for realizing a uniformity in the development process. A developing fluid combiner(186) controls the component of the developing fluid in order to accomplish the calculated alkaline concentration. A developing fluid supplier(220) provides the processing unit with the developing fluid whose components has been controlled in the developing liquid combiner.

    • The present invention provides an apparatus for developing a hologram recording material, including: a main body comprising an accommodation space therein; a guide part to which a silver halide particle recording material is put, wherein a hologram image is created in the silver halide particle recording material; a development treatment part located on the upper part of the accommodation space of the main body adjacent to the guide part; a first washing part which is adjacent to the development treatment part in order for the recording material delivered through the development treatment part to be rinsed by water filled in a container; a bleach treatment part which is adjacent to the first washing part in order for the recording material delivered through the first washing part to be bleached by a bleaching solution filled in the container; a second washing part which is adjacent to the bleach treatment part in order for the recording material delivered through the bleach treatment part to be rinsed by water filled in the container; a drying part located on another side of the main body adjacent to the second washing part in order for the recording material delivered through the second washing part to be dried by a heater; and a control part which senses a signal of each temperature sensor, and is located below the guide part in order to control each heater and the guide roller operation.
