    • PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method thereof capable of determining the variation of physical property in a circuit are provided to determine the variation of physical property in a circuit which is used as on-the-fly and used for the whole lifetime of a circuit in case of need. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus including a comparator circuit comprises a monitored circuit, an oscillation circuit(30), and counters(20,25). The monitored circuit generates output pulses having pulse width which respectively indicates the current value of physical property. The oscillation circuit generates an oscillation timing reference signal. The counters generate a count value which indicates the pulse width of this output pulse about each output pulse by referring the oscillation timing reference signal. The apparatus generates comparison result which is used in determining the variation of physical property by comparing count values related to two output pulses.     • PURPOSE: Waveform outputting apparatus and method for analyzing sub-channels are provided to rapidly process request for outputting expanded or minimized waveform from an analyzer. CONSTITUTION: A converting part(110) reads the list of waveform measured values based on the analyzed waveform of a sub-channel. The list of the waveform measured values is divided by time and generates the lists of the maximum values and minimum values by time. The final maximum value and the final minimum value are selected. An outputting part(120) generates waveform using the final maximum value and the final minimum value. A saving part(130) saves the list of waveform measured values and the lists of the maximum values and minimum values.
