    • PURPOSE: A high speed optical measurement system is provided to minimize the rising of product testing costs and the enlargement of a display device by reducing optics measurement time using an optics measuring sensor. CONSTITUTION: An object lens controls the side of light of objects having multiple measured positions or an aggregate of a plurality of objects. An optical path part changes an optical path of the light which is income from the object lens. A control circuit part(110) controls the optical path part and outputs a control signal which changes a progressive direction of the light. Measuring sensors(120,122) measure the light which is income. An ocular lens part fits the light in which the progressive direction is changed into the size and position of the measuring sensor. A measuring sensor connection part fixes the measuring sensor so that the light which is income through the ocular lens part fits into the measuring sensor.

    • PURPOSE: A device and a method for measuring the quantity of partial discharging using a UV sensor array are provided to effectively analyze the detected position of UV and the quantity of UV and discharging. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring the quantity of partial discharging using a UV sensor array comprises a UV sensor array unit(10), an image measuring unit(20), an UV size detector(30), and a UV position detector(40). The UV sensor array unit detects UV discharged from an electric facility. The image measuring unit measures a distance between the electric facility and the UV sensor array unit and provides an actual image of the electric facility. The UV size detector measures the size of discharged current converted from the detected UV. The UV position detector couples the actual image of the electric facility and the sensor position of the sensor array unit.
