    • The present invention relates to a lance for refining in a converter including an apparatus body having an oxygen supply unit disposed at a central portion, and an oxygen outlet provided at a frontal portion and connected to the oxygen supply unit; and a fluid film former installed at the apparatus body to form a fluid film at a surrounding portion of the apparatus body and to block a base metal from being attached to a circumference of the apparatus body, wherein the fluid film former includes a plurality of oxygen branching pipes connected to the oxygen supply unit and disposed at an outer side of the oxygen outlet inside the apparatus body in a circumferential direction; an oxygen film generating port integrally connected to each of the oxygen branching pipes and disposed at the outer side of the apparatus body to face a rear end portion of the apparatus body so as to form an oxygen film on a surface of the apparatus body; a plurality of side branching holes disposed at an outer circumference of the oxygen film generating port in a circumferential direction to block a base metal from being attached to the surface of the oxygen film generating port; and an elongating block protruded from the surface of the oxygen film generating port to the outside. The elongating block is bent in a rear-end direction of the apparatus body. According to the present invention, the attachment of the base metal to the surface of the lance can be fundamentally prevented by forming the fluid film using oxygen, and the like, at a circumference of the lance inserted inside the converter. Also, by using low-temperature and high-pressure fluid, the surface of the lance can be cooled and, if the base metal is attached to the surface of the lance, the base metal can easily be removed.

The reduction gas guide pipe is closely attached to the inner side of the passage to guide the reduction gas to the nozzle.

      이를 위해 본 발명은 환원성가스가 공급될 수 있도록 하부에 가스공급구(11a)를 갖는 몸체(11)와, 상기 몸체 내의 공간부에 수직상태로 성형된 복수개의 지주대(12)와, 상기 각 지주대에 여러부분이 균형을 이루면서 동시에 지지된 분산판(13)으로 구성되고, 상기 각 지주대(12)에는 각각 복수개의 통공(12a)이 갖추어진 분철광석의 유동화 반응을 위한 유동층 환원로에 있어서, 상기 각 지주대(12)에는 그 외부 둘레를 감싸도록 스테인레스 강재로 된 밴드(14)가 복수개 고정되어 진 것을 특징으로 한다.
