    • An apparatus for manufacturing molten irons which comprises a plurality of gas ejection devices for restraining an abnormal stagnant layer from being formed in a fluidized reduction furnace in a fluidized reduction process of fine ores is provided. An apparatus for manufacturing molten irons comprises at least one fluidized reduction furnace(10), a melter-gasifier, and a reducing gas feeding pipe. The fluidized reduction furnace comprises a plurality of gas ejection devices for ejecting gas into the fluidized reduction furnace to remove a stagnant layer. The fluidized reduction furnace has a fine ore-charging hole(12) installed at one side thereof to charge fine ores into the fluidized reduction furnace, and a fine ore-discharge port(14) formed at the other side thereof to discharge the fine ores. The gas ejection devices include first gas ejection devices(18a) disposed above a distributor(16) to remove a stagnant layer formed in a lower part of the fluidized reduction furnace, second gas ejection devices(18b) disposed above the first gas ejection devices and disposed below the fine ore-charging hole to smoothly charge the fine ores into the fluidized reduction furnace, and third gas ejection devices(18c) disposed above the second gas ejection devices and disposed below the fine ore-discharge port to disperse the fine ores.

    • An apparatus for manufacturing molten irons is provided to prevent fine ore particles in cyclones from forming adhesion materials in a fluidized reduction process of fine ore. An apparatus for manufacturing molten irons comprises at least one fluidized reduction furnace(10), a melter-gasifier, and a reducing gas feeding pipe. The fluidized reduction furnace comprises: a distributor(12) disposed in a lower part within the fluidized reduction furnace, cyclones(14) which are installed in the fluidized reduction furnace to collect fine ore, and have a cone part(14a) and a dip leg part(14b) respectively formed on upper and lower portions thereof, flue gas ducts(16) installed on the top of the fluidized reduction furnace to exhaust gases of the cyclones to the outside, flanges(18) for connecting the cyclones and the flue gas ducts, a gas blowing unit(20) for feeding a carbon-containing gas into the cyclones to prevent fine ore particles from being adhered to one another, wherein the gas blowing unit comprises a gas feeding pipe(202) on which a flow meter(206) and a flow control valve(208) are installed, and a gas blowing pipe(204), and an inert gas feeding unit(22) comprising an inert gas feeding pipe(220) and an automatic valve(222).
