The steam generator (30) includes: a water storage tank (12) which is placed on a rear part of the main body part (3) and stores a certain amount of water; a combustion unit (20) which heats water in the water storage tank (12) using high temperature combustion heat generated by combusting mixed gas of fuel gas and air; a heat changing unit (13) which is installed in the water storage tank (12), is connected with the combustion unit (20), and generates high temperature steam; an exhaust duct (14) which is connected with the heat exchanging unit (13) to be communicated and discharges exhaust gas to outside. The combustion unit (20) includes: a combustion chamber (21) installed on a lower part in the water storage tank (12); a combustion fan (23) arranged apart from the combustion chamber (21) at a predetermined distance; and an abbreviated burner pipe (31) which has a burner (25) which is ignited by an igniter (24) placed on the front end of the burner pipe and which is arranged in a minimized space between the combustion chamber (21) and the combustion fan (23) to largely ensure an electric part space between the rear part of the combustion fan (23) and the corresponding part of the main body part (3).

The opening and closing valve is installed in the transfer pipe and controls steam. The closed rack is installed above the body to prop up a cooking utensil(5) and has a prop protrusion(21), a groove(22), and prop projections(23). The prop projection is formed above the prop protrusion and props up the cooling utensil. The prop projection and the cooking utensil are closely contacted to be sealed in the center groove. One side of the steam connection device is connected to the center groove in the closed rack and the other side is connected to the transfer pipe. If the cooking utensil is located on the closed rack, the steam connection device is contacted to the cooking utensil and the inside of the steam connection device is opened to discharge the steam. The discharged steam moves to the groove on the closed rack and heat is transferred to the utensil. If the utensil is separated on the closed rack, the inside of the steam connection device is blocked.
