    • PURPOSE: A refrigerant hose is provided to prevent transmission of gas of the flexible rubber hose by forming the core layer, the elastic friction layer, the reinforcement layer and the cover layer. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant hose(10) is composed of a core layer(12) formed longitudinally in the radial direction of the refrigerant hose, an elastic body friction layer(18) formed in the upper part of the core layer, a reinforcement layer(20) placed in the upper part of the elastic body friction layer, and a cover layer(22) arranged in the upper part of the reinforcement layer. The core layer is formed of two kinds of non-plastic polyamide blends, and the polyamide is composed of nylon 6, and the copolymer of nylon 6 and nylon 66. The weight rate of the nylon 6 to the copolymer of nylon 6 and nylon 66 is within the range of 1 to 3. The core layer is manufactured by extruding the pre-blended polyamide or the mixture of the polyamide pallet. The elastic body friction layer is formed between the outermost core layer and the reinforcement layer to apply flexibility to the hose.

    • PURPOSE: A pressure-resistant hose is provided to minimize the stretch of a hose, increase the pressure resistance of a hose and extend the lifetime of the hose by arranging a thread preventing the stretch of an inner skin with bigger tensile strength than resin outside a fabric interwoven layer. CONSTITUTION: A pressure-resistant hose comprises an inner skin (10), a first fabric interwoven layer (30), a first outer cover and a first reinforcement thread (40) for suppressing the length change of a hose. The first fabric-interwoven layer comprises a first direction thread and a second direction thread. The first direction thread is spirally wound in the outer periphery of the inner skin. The second direction thread is successively wound in the outer periphery of the inner skin with being interwoven with the first direction thread. The first outer cover is formed on the outer periphery of the inner skin to cover the first fabric-interwoven layer. The first reinforcement thread for suppressing the length change of a hose is put in the first outer cover in the direction of the first outer cover.
