The method comprises: a step (S1) of forming a first heat-resistant rubber layer (21) by diagonally winding a first heat-resistant rubber band (21′) on the outer surface of a pipe-shaped frame (30) several times; a step (S2) of forming a reinforcing layer (22) by winding a reinforcing band (21′) on the outer surface of the first heat-resistant rubber layer (21) several times; a step (S3) of forming a second heat-resistant rubber layer (23) by diagonally winding a second heat-resistant band on the outer surface of the reinforcing layer (22) several times; a step (S5) of steaming a laminated structure whereby the first heat-resistant rubber layer (21), the reinforcing layer (22), and the second heat-resistant rubber layer (23) are successively laminated in a kiln; and a step (S6) of cooling the laminated structure at room temperature and disassembling the pipe-shaped frame (30).

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for connecting rubber hose and method for making long rubber hose using the apparatus relates to production of large diameter long rubber hose applied to a cooling system. The apparatus and method is provided to make long rubber hose by connecting a plurality of rubber hoses. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for connecting rubber hose and method for making long rubber hose using the apparatus, the apparatus comprises a vulcanizing chamber(230) consisted of upper and lower bodies(240, 250) including heating plates(242, 252) formed along the outer surface of a rubber hose and heaters(244, 254) and an inner pressurizing tube(260) including a metal pipe(270) of which one end is closed and a rubber cover(280) formed to enclose the surface of the metal pipe(270). The method for making long hose uses the apparatus. According to the apparatus and method, a large diameter rubber hose of a desired length is made without any additional coupling devices in the prior art by connecting a plurality of rubber hoses of a predetermined length as a single long rubber hose. The long rubber hose can be applied to a pipe for cooling water being grounded together with high voltage power transmission cables. The large diameter long rubber hose can be transported and stored by means of a drum and the like.
