    • PURPOSE: A joint molding method for a corrugated steel pipe is provided to improve work efficiency by molding a joint part. CONSTITUTION: A mold frame(20) installed for covering one side end of a corrugated steel pipe(10) is separated from the end of the corrugated steel pipe. The corrugated steel pipe is horizontally maintained, and the mold frame is fixed on a jaw(30). Resin is supplied to separating parts(25) between the corrugated pipe and the mold frame through a resin injection pipe(35). A space(22) and the inner part(12) of the corrugated steel pipe are filled with the resin by rotating the jaw. The resin is dried, and then a joint part is completed by dividing the mold frame.

A glass fiber fabric is wound around the first glass fiber layer. The glass fiber fragments, the impregnated glass fiber end roving, and the glass fiber fabric are hardened.
