    • There is provided an internal combustion engine control apparatus in which when a throttle valve is driven based on a throttle open degree calculated from a plurality of requested torques, an excess response of the throttle valve is prevented. The plurality of requested torques are aggregated (step 100) and it is judged that the sensitivity of the throttle open degree change with respect to a torque change is large or not (step 102). If it is judged that the sensitivity is large, first only a requested oscillatory torque is converted to a throttle open degree (step 106) and then the other requested torques are aggregated into a requested torque, which is converted to a throttle open degree (step 108). Subsequently, the requested throttle open degree calculated in step 106 and the requested throttle open degree calculated in step 108 are aggregated to calculate a final throttle open degree.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a throttle opening degree detecting apparatus which can accurately fix a permanent magnet within a resin gear by a less number of man-hour for work so as to accurately detect the throttle opening degree. CONSTITUTION: The throttle opening degree detecting apparatus is structured such that the resin gear 9 is connected to a throttle shaft 4 of a throttle valve 3, a permanent magnet is mounted to a part of the resin gear 9, and an opening degree of the throttle valve 3 is detected by detecting a rotation angle of the resin gear 9 on the basis of an output signal from a magnetic sensor 22 arranged in a fixed side so as to oppose to the permanent magnet in a non-contact manner. A depressed boss portion 9b is formed in a position of an axis of the resin gear 9, a yoke 20 and the permanent magnet 21 are mounted along an inner peripheral surface of the boss portion 9b, and the resin gear 9 is insert molded by a synthetic resin by inserting the yoke 20 and the permanent magnet 21.
