    • 본발명은이종금속의헤드부(2)와라운드바(3)를가압, 회전시켜마찰열에의해서접합시킬수 있도록한 고효율마찰용접을이용한배기밸브스핀들의제조방법을제공코자하는것으로서, 상기본 발명은마찰용접장치(10)의플라이휠(13) 회전축(14)에니켈(Ni)기초내열합금의헤드부(2)를장착하면서회전축(14)에서소정간격으로이격된고정구(15)에니켈크롬(Ni-Cr) 내열강의라운드바(3)를장착하고, 마찰용접장치(10)의회전구동모터(11)에의해서플라이휠(13)을회전시켜서회전축(14)에장착된헤드부(2)를회전시키는회전단계와, 고정구(15)를플라이휠(13) 회전축(14)으로이동시켜서라운드바(3)를헤드부(2)에가압접촉시켜서헤드부(2) 후단과라운드바(3) 선단의마찰접합부(4)에서회전력과가압력으로마찰열을발생시켜서접합되게하되, 헤드부(2)의마찰접합면에가압되는라운드바(3)와의마찰력을향상시키기위해산술평균조도(Ra) 24~36a의거칠기를갖는마찰제고표면조도(5) 또는헤드부(2)와라운드바(3)의중심과직교되는수직면에서 3~5°로기울어진마찰제고각도(6)를가공한것을특징으로하며, 이로인하여결합력과결합효율을극대화시키므로해서설비비를줄이면서제품수명을장구히할 수있는등 다수의효과를기대할수 있는것이다.
