    • 본발명은선별토사를이용한투수성경화흙포장방법에관한것으로, 13mm 이하의입도를갖는선별토사 70-90중량%와비소성무기결합제 10-30중량%를균질하게혼합하여혼합물을만드는혼합단계; 상기혼합물을믹서로믹싱하면서상기혼합물 100중량부에대하여코폴리머비닐아세테이트와에틸렌이혼합희석된액상의첨가물을 1-20중량부살포하여구형상의골재로양생하는첨가물첨가단계; 첨가물이첨가된혼합물을포설면에포설하고, 포설면이굳을수 있도록포설된골재 100중량부에대해비소성무기결합제또는코폴리머비닐아세테이트와에틸렌이물에희석된희석물 10-30중량부및 물 5-30중량부를배합하여포설면에뿌리는단계; 포설면에뿌리는단계가완료되면, 포설면을롤러로다짐후 양생하여포장면을형성하는경화흙포장단계;를포함하는것을특징으로하는선별토사를이용한투수성경화흙포장방법을제공한다.본발명에따르면, 시멘트를사용하지않고흙포장이가능하기때문에친환경적이며, 특히투수성이유지되기때문에주변생태계파괴를막고, 토양의알카리화를예방하며, 우천시수해를최소화시키는효과를얻을수 있다.

    • The present invention relates to a granite soil composition for a functional stadium. The granite soil composition comprises 84 to 95 wt% of granite soil; 4 to 15 wt% of quartz sand; 0.1 to 0.5 wt% of calcium chloride; and 0.05 to 1 wt% of latex. In soil consisting of granite soil and quartz sand, calcium chloride for preventing icing and latex for binding granite soil, quartz sand, and calcium chloride are included, so that the composition is produced in a form including multiple fine lumps. The composition is deposited and hardened in order to constitute a soil stadium. Accordingly, the advantages of existing soil stadiums are maintained, and problems such as dust scattering and digging which can be generated in existing soil stadiums can be prevented. Also, through the elasticity of latex, a particular cushion is obtained so that user convenience is ensured and injuries caused by falling can be prevented. Furthermore, a more excellent functional stadium can be formed by adding wood flour which alleviates external shock and absorbs moisture so as to reduce ponding on the surface of the stadium, phytoncide oil having excellent antibacterial and deodorizing effects, and ocher having excellent humidity adjusting and antibacterial functions.

    • PURPOSE: An eco-friendly elastic paving material manufactured into a chip or a pellet using red clay and chaff for forming an elastic paved surface is provided to restrain the generation of harmful substances, to improve the strength and the durability of the elastic paved surface, and to provide an excellent permeability. CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly elastic paving material manufactured using red clay and chaff includes a chip-shaped elastic material and a pellet-shaped elastic material. One hundred parts by weight of a polyurethane pre-polymer, 30-150 parts by weight of red clay powder and chaff power, and 1-20 parts by weight of a hardening agent are mixed and hardened, and are crushed into chips in order to manufacture the chip-shaped elastic material. One hundred parts by weight of a SEBS(Styrene-Ethylene-Butadiene-Styrene) resin and 0.5-20 parts by weight of process oil are mixed and heated, and 30-150 parts by weight of the red clay powder and the chaff power are added, mixed, and are extruded into pellets in order to manufacture the pellet-shaped elastic material. The sizes of the used red clay powder and the chaff power are 0.1 micrometer to 1 mm. An eco-friendly elastic paved road is formed through using a pitch as a binder for the elastic paving materials manufactured using the red clay and the chaff.

    • PURPOSE: A functional elastic pavement material and a construction method thereof are provided to continuously emit ions and far-infrared radiation which are useful to human bodies. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a functional elastic pavement material is as follows. Soil, dust, moisture, and foreign materials of a base layer are removed. A primer is spread on the base layer so that a primary primer layer(2) is formed. The primer is spread on the primary primer layer while forming irregularities(4,5) on a surface of the primary primer layer so that the primer layer(3) is formed. The irregularities are filled with a mixture in which a natural fiber or a binder of a synthetic resin and an elastic rubber chip are mixed so that an elastic pavement layer(6) is formed. The elastic rubber chip is formed into a chip shape by processing regeneration urethane, waste tire, EPDM, the synthetic rubber, and various elastic materials. Patterns(7) of various shapes are formed on the surface of the elastic pavement layer. Elvan, a ceramic, formalin stone, tourmaline, zeolite stone and fracture glass pieces are mixed with the binder and pigment and the mixture is spread on the surface of the elastic pavement layer so that a coating layer(8) is formed.

The upper layer pavement composition comprises a first upper layer pavement composition 40~60 weight% and a second upper layer pavement composition 60~40 weight%. The first upper layer pavement composition comprises a main material 100 parts by weight, an additive 1~5 parts by weight, and a protective resin component 5~10 parts by weight. The second upper layer pavement composition comprises bentonite 40~70 weight%, diatomite 10~20 weight%, calcium hydroxide 5~15 weight%, zinc oxide 10~20 weight%, and sodium aluminate 1~10 weight%.
