    • PURPOSE: An eco-friendly pavement for a bicycle lane and a sidewalk with an anion radiating material and elvan powder and a paving method using the same are provided to continuously generate anions and far infrared rays. CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly pavement for a bicycle lane and a sidewalk with an anion radiating material and elvan powder comprises a joint member(30), a surface layer(40), and a finishing member(50). The joint member, composed of transparent water-soluble primer or cement paste, is formed on the top of a rubble aggregate layer(10) or water permeable concrete layer. The surface layer, composed of feldspar porphyry, blast furnace slag cement, tourmaline, pigments, and an expander, is formed on the top of the joint member. The finishing member, composed of epoxy resin, two liquid type paint, anion powder, is spread on the surface of the surface layer.
