CONSTITUTION: A method of processing M.D.F. comprises the steps of: putting in(1) the processed M.D.F of the original state; cutting(2) the put M.D.F of the original state to be proper in size for various uses; molder formation(3) to mold the cut material in a certain shape; chemical resin treatment(4) to infiltrate the chemical resin in the molded material; heat treatment drying(5) to dry the infiltrated chemical resin; and film lapping(6) to attach the film onto a material dried by heat treatment.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a waste paper composite board which is environment-friendly used for various purposes, particularly as building materials and automobile supplies. CONSTITUTION: The waste paper composite board comprises waste paper powder bound by a binder. The waste paper is obtained from waste newspaper, waste corrugated paper, and waste pulp from papering waste solution. The composite board further comprises adhesives, hardening agent and flame retardant additives. A method of manufacturing the waste paper composite board comprises the steps of: putting a mixture of waste paper powder and adhesive into a mold, and cold compressing it to make a mat; placing the mat between two cowls while mounting stoppers at both sides of the mat; and hot compressing it using a hot plate.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of decorations, which is strong and semi-permanent, is characterized by reusing waste paper and reducing a production cost. CONSTITUTION: The decorations are obtained by the steps of: (S1) cutting the waste paper fine and soaking the cut paper in the water; (S2) dehydrating the soaked paper in a dehydrator; (S3) adding paste to the dehydrated waste paper and stirring the waste paper into a mixer to shatter; (S4) injecting the shattered waste paper into a mold; heating and compressing the mold to form articles; (S5) pulling the formed articles from the mold and natural-drying the articles; and then (S6) printing or coloring the articles, adhering an affix or fire-retardant coating the articles.

    • PURPOSE: A system and method for producing a pallet and building material by dissociating waste paper in water, successively introducing a paper strengthening agent, water permeation controller, a paper strengthening and fixing agent and chemical reaction fixing agent thereinto and then pressing are provided. The method reduces the cost of production, prevents environmental pollution, improves productivity and produces the product which is light and has strength similar to wood and synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing system comprises: a mixer(2) for dissociating waste paper with water supplied from a water supplier(1); a first chemical inlet(3) for successively introducing a paper strengthening agent and water permeation controller; a second chemical inlet for successively introducing the paper strengthening agent, water permeation controller and chemical reaction fixing agent and then agitating; a first former(7) for compressing raw material from a material supplier(6) and then forming; a vacuum tank and pump(9) for supplying water discharged from the first former to a water supplier; a drier(8) for drying material formed in the first former; a second former(11) for forming material from a conveyor(10); and a sprayer(12) for spraying paraffin wax on the surface of the molded product(13).

As a mold for manufacturing a fiber panel integrally formed of compact compressed fibers by an open cell grid, a flat plate, and a flange, a forming mold(100) of the fiber panel comprises a porous carrier(102) having a plurality of through holes(101) perforated in a plate face thereof, and a plurality of elastomer pads(104) geometrically fixedly arranged on the surface of the plate face of the porous carrier. The elastomer pads each includes a bush which has a flange formed on an upper end of a shaft thereof, and which is formed of a rigid material, and an elastomer integrally formed to cover the bush. The shaft of the bush is physically inserted into the porous carrier to fix the elastomer pad to the porous carrier.

    • PURPOSE: A process of preparing a ceiling board which is low in cost and light weight and has excellent sound absorbing properties using waste paper, sawdust and fiber chips is provided.
