摘要： PURPOSE: A system and method for producing a pallet and building material by dissociating waste paper in water, successively introducing a paper strengthening agent, water permeation controller, a paper strengthening and fixing agent and chemical reaction fixing agent thereinto and then pressing are provided. The method reduces the cost of production, prevents environmental pollution, improves productivity and produces the product which is light and has strength similar to wood and synthetic resin.
