    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a wood plastic composite and the wood plastic composite manufactured thereby are provided to reduce manufacturing cost by utilizing waste synthetic resin materials, and to minimize breakage of the wood plastic composite. CONSTITUTION: A wood plastic composite comprises an outer layer(1), an inner layer(2), and a filament bundle(3). The outer layer is formed by molding a compound consisting of wood flour and synthetic resin. The inner layer is molded by the compound of the wood flour and regenerative resin materials, and combined with the outer layer in one body. The filament bundle is arranged to a longitudinal direction of the inner layer consecutively.

    • A lightweight damping foam sheet for sound absorption and insulation using cork and a manufacturing method are provided to reduce the production cost without separately applying vibration removing and sound absorbing sheets and to improve the fuel efficiency of a vehicle by making the sheet lightweight. A lightweight damping foam sheet for sound absorption and insulation using cork is produced by mixing an adhesion binder of 100~200wt.%, a fiber filler of 5~10wt.%, and quicklime of 3~10wt.% with cork powder of 100wt.% and extruding the mixture(S10,S20). The compressed sheet is heated, fused, and foamed at the predetermined thickness. The cork powder has the moisture content of 0.1~0.5% and mesh size of 40~100. The adhesion binder is one of polybutene, asphalt, latex, and synthetic rubber.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of flame retardant construction materials which recycles the wasted rice straw, corn stems, chaffs, nut husks or like so that it helps to reduce production cost. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the flame retardant construction materials is characterized by comprising the steps of: (i) treating plant fiber like the rice straw, the corn stems, the chaffs and the nut husks by a flame retardant agent and coating the plant fiber with the flame retardant agent; and (ii) mixing the plant fiber coated with the flame retardant agent with a binder, a foaming agent, a surfactant, a hardening catalyst and an additive, putting them to a mold and molding in a foamed state or molding without adding the foaming agent.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a high strength complex board using chaff and a complex board composition are provided to achieve special board products having improved bending strength and restitutive force. CONSTITUTION: In the manufacturing method of a high strength complex board using chaff, a porous plate drilled with a plurality of holes having a diameter of 0.5 to 5mm is passed through a complex board composition mold(10) installed in perpendicular to a forward direction of a complex board composition during an extruding molding process before a cooling process thereof. The complex board composition essentially consists of polyolefin resin of 30 to 35wt percent, chaff of 30 to 60wt percent pulverized into a size of 50 to 300 mesh, glass fiber of 3 to 15wt percent, and a foaming agent of 0.5 to 2wt percent, and in addition a dehydrating agent of 0.01 to 1.0wt percent and a coupling intensifier of 0.01 to 3.0wt percent are added on the basis of the essential components as sated above.
