    • The polaris paper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to mix the both-sided pearl paper having the coated pearl pigment with the general paper. Pulp is mixed with water at the proper conditions and then individual fibers are separated. The waste both-sided pearl paper is properly dissociated so that the necessary pearl particle distribution is formed. Size material and filling material are mixed and blended with the main material with a constant ratio. The blended main and sub materials are uniformly injected as paper at a head box through the entire width of a wire. The injected paper is dehydrated through a press and dried by means of steam.

    • A method for manufacturing an additive for reducing use amount of pulp according to the present invention comprises: an emulsion manufacturing step which obtains mono, difatty acid-triethanolamine having 95% of purity by removing unreacted triethanolamine using an organic solvent after mixing fatty acids and triethanolamine with a mole fraction of 1:1 to 1.2:1 ratio and performing ester reaction; an emulsion polymerization step which urethane reacts the mono, difatty acid-triethanolamine and diisocianate composition at 60 to 80 °C in order to convert the emulsion into polymer; and a neutralization step which neutralizes the polymerized emulsion into acetic acid by the urethane reaction. If the additive for reducing use amount of pulp is used, paper volume can be increased by using a small amount and light and thick papers can be manufactured. In addition, the additive for reducing use amount of pulp increases paper volume, is not drastically reduces tensile strength of the paper, and obtains storage safety of the additive.

    • PURPOSE: A method for fabricating xylan ingredient-added pulp by adsorbing xylan on a pulp fiber is provided to improve physical property of the pulp fiber. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating xylan ingredient-added pulp comprises: a step of adsorbing cationic polymers onto a pulp fiber(S110); a step of washing the pulp fiber(S120); and a step of inputting a solution containing an anionic xylan ingredient onto the cationic polymer-adsorbed pulp fiber(S130). The cationic polymer is PEI(polyethylenimine), PDADMAC(polydiallydimethylammonium chloride), C-PAM(poly-acrylamide), or PAE(polyamine epichlorohydrin). The xylan ingredient is hemicelluloses extracted from liquid generated during digesting woods. The xylan ingredient is glucuronoxylan or arabinoxylan.
