摘要:
A method for manufacturing an additive for reducing use amount of pulp according to the present invention comprises: an emulsion manufacturing step which obtains mono, difatty acid-triethanolamine having 95% of purity by removing unreacted triethanolamine using an organic solvent after mixing fatty acids and triethanolamine with a mole fraction of 1:1 to 1.2:1 ratio and performing ester reaction; an emulsion polymerization step which urethane reacts the mono, difatty acid-triethanolamine and diisocianate composition at 60 to 80 °C in order to convert the emulsion into polymer; and a neutralization step which neutralizes the polymerized emulsion into acetic acid by the urethane reaction. If the additive for reducing use amount of pulp is used, paper volume can be increased by using a small amount and light and thick papers can be manufactured. In addition, the additive for reducing use amount of pulp increases paper volume, is not drastically reduces tensile strength of the paper, and obtains storage safety of the additive.
