摘要：
The polaris paper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to mix the both-sided pearl paper having the coated pearl pigment with the general paper. Pulp is mixed with water at the proper conditions and then individual fibers are separated. The waste both-sided pearl paper is properly dissociated so that the necessary pearl particle distribution is formed. Size material and filling material are mixed and blended with the main material with a constant ratio. The blended main and sub materials are uniformly injected as paper at a head box through the entire width of a wire. The injected paper is dehydrated through a press and dried by means of steam.
