    • PURPOSE: A method for fabricating polyketone fibers containing 90 mole% or more of ketone units is provided to ensure excellent strength of polyketone fibers and to be applied to industrial fiber fields. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating polyketone fibers comprises: a step of dissolving polyketone containing 90 mole% or more of repetitive ketone units in a metal salt solution containing zinc bromide to prepare a polyketone solution; a step of extruding/spinning the polyketone solution through a spinning nozzle and solidifying to prepare multifilaments; a step of washing and drying the multifilaments; and a step of treating with additive and emulsion and drawing the multifilaments. The additive is an acetone solution containing 100-500 ppm of calcium hydroxyl apatite.
    • 目的:提供一种制备含有90摩尔%以上酮单元的聚酮纤维的方法,以确保聚酮纤维的优异强度并适用于工业纤维领域。 构成:制造聚酮纤维的方法包括:将含有90摩尔%以上的重复酮单元的聚酮溶解在含有溴化锌的金属盐溶液中制备聚酮溶液的步骤; 通过纺丝喷嘴挤出/纺丝聚酮溶液并固化以制备复丝的步骤; 洗涤和干燥复丝的步骤; 以及用添加剂和乳液处理并拉伸复丝的步骤。 添加剂是含有100-500ppm羟基磷灰石钙的丙酮溶液。
