    • PURPOSE: A Penicillium sp. F70614(KCTC 8918P) and an α-glucosidase inhibitor(diketopiperazine derivaives(formula)) are provided, which inhibits α-glucosidase effectively, so can be used for treatment and prevention of diabetes and obesity. CONSTITUTION: A process for the preparation of Penicillium sp. F70614(KCTC 8918P) and α-glucosidase inhibitor comprises the steps of: inoculating Penicillium sp. F70614(KCTC 8918P) on a prepared plate, and culturing for 3days at 28deg.C; inoculating the cultured solution in a fermentor, and culturing for 7days at 28deg.C; centrifuging the final cultured solution to separate cultured supernatant and bacillus body, extracting the bacillus body with acetone and concentrating under decompression to remove acetone, and mixing with the cultured supernatant and extracting with ethylacetate; concentrating the ethylacetate extract, and processing silicagel chromatography, LH-20 column chromatography and high-pressure liquid chromatography to get pure active ingredients; removing solvent using a decompressed dryer, and freeze-drying to get the white diketopiperazine derivaives powder(which can be also prepared by chemical synthesis).

    • PURPOSE: A composition for preventing plant pest and disease, which contains Penicillium waksmanii is provided ensure antagonistic function to cause bacteria of pine Fusarium wilt without affect to human body, plant, other animals. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing plant pest and diseases contains Penicillium waksmanii as an active ingredient. The composition additionally contains Arthrobotrys musiformis, Arthrobotrys brochopaga, gingko leaf extract, gingko fruit extract, coffee extract, garlic extract or red pepper extract. The composition contains 10-25 weight% of strain selected among Arthrobotrys musiformis, Arthrobotrys brochopaga, and Penicillium waksmanii, 10-25 weight% of gingko leaf extract, 15-30 weight% of gingko fruit extract, 10-25 weight% of red pepper extract, 20-45 weight% of garlic extract, and 10-25 weight% of coffee extract.

    • PURPOSE: A feed additive containing activated humic substances, a chelated mineral-organic acid complex and a fermented biomass which forms antibiotics, digestive enzyme, biologically active substances(vitamins), growth promoting substances(hormones) or the like is provided which improves growth rate and meat quality of livestock and increases tolerance to diseases. CONSTITUTION: The feed additive comprising 20 to 50 parts by weight of activated humic substances containing mineral complexes of peroxyfulvic acid and other activated substances, 100 parts by weight of a chelated mineral-organic acid complex and 100 parts by weight of a fermented biomass is fed to a feed in an amount of 1 to 2% by weight. The mineral complexes are obtained by reacting mineral powder such as pegmatite, elvan, phyllite, oyster shell, zeolite, sericite, tourmaline, loess, coral fossil, aragonite or the like with citric acid, tartaric acid and fulvic acid.
