    • PURPOSE: A conductive polyketone blend is provided to have improved impact strength and electrical conductivity, thereby using for interior and exterior components of a vehicle, a bearing, a roller, a keyer, a connector, an external housing of a computer, etc. CONSTITUTION: A conductive polyketone blend comprises 97-99 weight% of linear alternating polyketone polymer, and 1-3 weight% of graphene based on total weight of the blend. The linear-exchange polyketone polymer consists of at least one of ethylene-based unsaturated hydrocarbon with carbon monoxide, has surface resistance of 10 - 10^5 angstrom/square, and has notched charpy impact strength of 12.5 KJ/m^2 or higher.

    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing high molecular weight polyketone is provided to improve catalyst activity, inherent viscosity, molecular weight and elongation properties of a polymer and to reduce manufacturing costs using a mixed solvent of water and acetic acid. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing high molecular weight polyketone comprises a step of copolymerizing ketone compounds and ethylene-based unsaturated hydrocarbons in the presence of organic metallic complex salt catalysts consisting of (a) Group 9, Group 10, or Group 11 transition metal oxides and (b) ligands having Group 15 elements. The polyketone is synthesized by copolymerizing a monomer composition in a mixed solvent consisting of 70~90 volume % of acetic acids and 10~30 volume % of water, wherein the monomer composition includes ketone compounds and ethylene-based unsaturated hydrocarbons in a molar ratio of 1:2.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyketone is provided to manufacture polyketone with improved catalyst activity and inherent viscosity by adding 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxytoluene at polymerization. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyketone comprises a step of copolymerization of an ethylenically unsaturated compound, and carbon monoxide in liquid medium under the presence of an organic metal complex. During the copolymerization, 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxytoluene is added. The organic metal complex catalyst comprises: a transition metal compound of group 9, group 10, or group 11; a ligand having element from group 15; and acid anion having pKa of 4 or less. The liquid medium is mixed solvent consisting of 70-90 weight% of acetic acid, and 30-10 weight% of water.
