    • Provided are a method for preparing a lipophilic functional urethane-based oligomer, a method for a mesoporous silica composite by using the oligomer, which has a large specific surface area and a controlled pore size, and a functional cosmetic composition. The lipophilic urethane-based oligomer represented by the formula 1 is prepared by adding polypropylene glycol or its derivative and isophorone diisocyanate or its derivative to a reactor, and slowly raising the temperature to react them; adding 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate as a catalyst to react the obtained one; and reacting the obtained one with polyethylene glycol, wherein R1 is polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol or their copolymer; R2 is a compound having at least one double-bond and at least one hydroxyl, amine or amide group, an epoxy, a methacrylate, an acrylate or a silane compound having an amine group; R3 is a compound having at least one hydroxyl group or a compound having at least one amine or amide group; R4 is an aliphatic or aromatic compound having an ether group, an organic acid group or an isocyanate group; and R5 is an aromatic or aliphatic compound having at least two isocyanate groups.
