    • PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of solid fertilizer chips containing zeolite and bentonite for plant growing. Also, the plant-growing containers containing fertilizer chips give fertilization effects on growth of plants. CONSTITUTION: The solid fertilizer is manufactured by the following steps of: mixing 20-30wt.% of zeolite having a size less than 150mesh with 70-80wt.% of zeolite having a size of 150-32mesh(0.25-0.5mm); mixing the mixture with a solution containing 0.005-0.1wt.% of N, P, K, or other trace elements in a weight ratio of 10:1-5:1; drying until the fertilizer contains 15-18% of moisture; adsorbing fertilizer components on zeolite; mixing 70-80wt.% of fertilizer-adsorbed zeolite with 20-30wt.% of bentonite having a size less than 250mesh; drying to be 15-18% of moisture content; pressing to be 2-5cm of chips. The amount of trace elements is as follows: 0.1-0.5wt.% of N, 0.05-0.1wt.% of P, 0.1-0.5wt.% of K,30-60ppm of Fe, 0.1-0.3ppm of Cu, 10-20ppm of Mn, 1-2ppm of Zn, 15-25ppm of B, and 0.1-0.3ppm of Mo. The plant-growing containers comprise wet cloth on its bottom, and artificial soil and fertilizer chips.

    • PURPOSE: An organic or inorganic composite fertilizer and a method for preparing the same is provided which continuously erupts the alkaline fertilizer ingredients and improves acid soil, are provided. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) reacting fly ash with a KOH solution at a concentration of not less than 3N in a weight ratio of 1:1.5-5 at a temperature of 60-200 deg.C for 0.5-2 hour; (ii) filtering the reaction product of the step (i) to separate the excessive KOH from residuals; (iii) adding nitric acid and phosphoric acid to the residuals in a weight ratio of 1:2-3 to adjust the pH to be 8-12; and (iv) after making a molded body from the paste obtained from the step (iii), drying or sintering the molded body at a temperature of 100-600 deg.C.
