    • A biodegradable agricultural mulching film using polylactic acid and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to decompose even a base polymer by soil microorganisms and to prevent the generation of black smoke in incineration by mixing a biodegradable compound and the base polymer. A method for manufacturing a biodegradable agricultural mulching film consists of the following steps of: mixing a biodegradable compound and a plastic resin; inputting the mixture into an extrusion-hopper; and molding the mixture in a film shape. The film is heated at 180~190°C, 190°C~210°C and 220°C in the order. A method for manufacturing the biodegradable compound comprises: a first step of mixing 10-55wt% of polylactic acid, 7-15wt% of heavy calcium carbonate, 10-30wt% of aliphatic polyester and 1-7wt% of methyl methacrylate at 110°C; a second step of mixing 1-5wt% of biodegradation aid and 1-4wt% of photo-degradation agent at 40°C; a third step of mixing 3-10wt% of lactic acid and 1-5wt% of ethyl acetate at 40°C; and a fourth step of re-mixing the mixtures prepared from the first, second and third steps at 90°C and extruding the mixture in an extruder.

The last S-shaped hook and the first extension string are connected to the last inverse V-shaped stay. The end of the first extension string is connected to another fixing post on the opposite levee to complete the support line crossing the rice plant in the rice paddy.
