    • An alkali-activated cementless binding material is provided to reduce carbon dioxide release from the binder and to improve the binding property by preparing the binding material with alkaline inorganic material and industrial byproduct. An alkali-activated cementless binding material comprises blast furnace slag and alkaline inorganic material comprising sodium type material, wherein the alkaline inorganic material is at least one selected from sodium silicate and liquid water glass, the ratio of the sodium type material to the blast furnace slag is 0.038-0.088 by weight in the alkaline inorganic material, and the weight of the sodium type material is calculated in terms of Na2O. The other alkali-activated cementless binding material comprises fly ash and alkaline inorganic material comprising sodium type material, wherein the alkaline inorganic material is at least one selected from sodium silicate, powdery sodium hydroxide, liquid water glass and liquid sodium hydroxide, the ratio of sodium type material to fly ash is 0.114-0.14 by weight. The binding material optionally comprises additional material which is at least one selected from calcium silicate, calcium sulphate and dicalcium silicate. Further, the sodium type material is Na or Na2O, and a concentration of the liquid sodium hydroxide is 8 to 16M.

    • A porous sulfur concrete composition is provided to construct a porous marine structure causing no alkali dissolution, having a space in which fish live, showing high adhesion of see algae and suitable as a efficient reef for fish. A porous sulfur concrete composition comprises: a blend containing sulfur polymer cement, fly ash and coarse aggregate having a particle size of 5-25 mm; and polypropylene or polyethylene fibers mixed with the blend in a ratio of 2-5 kg/ m^3. The porous sulfur concrete composition has 10-30% of pores, shows an elution pH of 7-9, and a compression strength of 180-500 kgf/cm^2. The porous sulfur concrete composition comprises binder formed of 60-80 vol.% of sulfur polymer cement and 40-20 vol.% of fly ash, and further comprises coarse aggregate having a particle size of 5-25mm, being mixed with the binder in a volume ratio of 12-18%:88-82%.
