摘要： 본 발명은 바텀애시 및 고로슬래그를 무시멘트 결합재로 사용한 콘크리트 조성물, 이를 이용한 침목 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 이를 더욱 상세히 설명하면 바텀애시의 낮은 강도를 적정비의 고로슬래그, 알카리성 무기질재료 및 규산나트륨를 혼합함으로써 활성화에 의해 중합반응을 유도하여 강도 및 작업성을 확보하여 시멘트가 완전히 대체된 콘크리트 조성물이 제공되는 것이며, 이러한 콘크리트 조성물에 의한 침목의 경우도 친환경적이며, 압축강도가 60MPa 이상의 고강도가 발현될 수 있도록 하는 것이다.

摘要： The present invention relates to a concrete composition using bottom ash and blast furnace slag as a cement-free binder, a rail tie using same, and a method for manufacturing same, and more specifically, provided is a concrete composition in which cement is completely substituted by mixing low-strength bottom ash with an appropriate ratio of blast furnace slag, alkaline minerals and sodium silicate, inducing polymerization via an activator and thus attaining strength and usability. 摘要： The present invention relates to a method of preparing a controlled porosity geopolymer, with a step of dissolution/polycondensation of an aluminosilicate source in an activation solution, comprising the following successive steps: (a) defining a feature of the porosity of the geopolymer to be prepared; (b) determining a value or an element for a parameter chosen from the total amount of water, the total amount of silica, the compensating cation, and the particle size distribution of the optional silicate components, making it possible to obtain the feature defined in step (a); and (c) selecting said value or said element pre-determined in step (b). The present invention relates to a geopolymer capable of being prepared by said method and also to the various uses of said geopolymer.

摘要： An alkali-activated cementless binding material is provided to reduce carbon dioxide release from the binder and to improve the binding property by preparing the binding material with alkaline inorganic material and industrial byproduct. An alkali-activated cementless binding material comprises blast furnace slag and alkaline inorganic material comprising sodium type material, wherein the alkaline inorganic material is at least one selected from sodium silicate and liquid water glass, the ratio of the sodium type material to the blast furnace slag is 0.038-0.088 by weight in the alkaline inorganic material, and the weight of the sodium type material is calculated in terms of Na2O. The other alkali-activated cementless binding material comprises fly ash and alkaline inorganic material comprising sodium type material, wherein the alkaline inorganic material is at least one selected from sodium silicate, powdery sodium hydroxide, liquid water glass and liquid sodium hydroxide, the ratio of sodium type material to fly ash is 0.114-0.14 by weight. The binding material optionally comprises additional material which is at least one selected from calcium silicate, calcium sulphate and dicalcium silicate. Further, the sodium type material is Na or Na2O, and a concentration of the liquid sodium hydroxide is 8 to 16M.
