The first port and the second port are connected to an input terminal and an output terminal of a derrick cylinder. The third port is connected to a first line(L1) of a manual control valve(MCV). The fourth port is connected to a second line(L2) of the manual control valve. The fifth port is connected to an oil tank(OT). The first flow path circuit is connected to the third port. The second fluid path circuit is connected to the second port. The third flow path circuit is connected to the first port. The over-centre valve selectively blocks the flow path in the direction of the first flow path circuit. The pressure switch changes an electric circuit with oil.
