    • 본발명은금형을제조하는데사용되는금속블록을가공장치의지지대로손쉽게공급할수 있도록된 새로운구조의금형제조장치에관한것이다. 본발명에따른금형제조장치는상기지지대(12)의상면에는수직방향으로연장된결합공(12b)이형성되고, 상기결합공(12b)에구비되어상기호이스트(20)에의해지지대(12)의상면에올려지는금속블록(1)이측방향으로유동되는것을방지하는유동방지수단(60)과, 상기지지대(12)의상면에구비되어상기금속블록(1)이상기지지대(12)의상면에밀착되면이를감지하는밀착감지수단(70)과, 상기밀착감지수단(70)의신호를수신하며상기유동방지수단(60)의작동을제어하는제어수단(50)이더 구비되며, 상기유동방지수단(60)은상기결합공(12b)에승강가능하게결합된승강봉(61)과, 상기승강봉(61)의상단에구비된마찰부재(62)와, 상기승강봉(61)에연결되며상기제어수단(50)의제어에따라승강되어승강봉(61)을승강시키는에어실린더(63)로구성되고, 상기제어수단(50)은상기에어실린더(63)가신장되어상기승강봉(61)이상승된상태에서상기밀착감지수단(70)의신호를수신하여상기금속블록(1)이지지대(12)의상면에밀착된것을감지하면상기에어실린더(63)를축소시키도록구성된다. 따라서, 상기호이스트(20)를이용하여금속블록(1)을지지대(12)에올려놓을때, 호이스트(20)에의해상측으로들어올려진금속블록(1)이측방향으로유동되는것을방지하여, 금속블록(1)을지지대(12) 상면의중앙부에정확히올려놓을수 있는장점이있다.

By moving the movable cable drum to the upper or lower part according to flexibility of the telescopic tube, the cable is wound or unwound.
